Reformer Pilates Studio in Horsforth
Over 50+ classes a week
There'll always be a class that works for you, from beginner right through to advanced. Our reformer Pilates classes are kept small, just 9 reformers at a time, so instructors can actually see what you're doing and help you get more out of every class. It's a full-body workout, done properly, in 45 minutes - because your time is precious.
We also run specialist mum and baby and pre-natal classes, with modified reformer work that's safe and effective at every stage.
