We opened our first studio in Horsforth because we wanted a welcoming reformer Pilates space for this corner of Leeds - somewhere that could feel like home to you. Now there's a second one just down the road, built for mat Pilates, yoga, hot Pilates, hot yoga and barre.

Our second studio, just around the corner from the original. This one's for all things mat and heat - think mat Pilates, yoga, hot Pilates, hot yoga and barre. Come to sweat, stretch, move, and get stuck into the mat work, or just add something a bit different to your week.

Amilia Studios Reformer and Mat Studios are both located in the heart of Horsforth, Leeds, with the two studios both located five minutes apart on New Road Side. Our original studio is home to reformer Pilates, while our second studio offers mat Pilates, yoga, Vinyasa yoga, hot Pilates, hot yoga and barre classes. Whichever studio you choose, you'll find classes built around how you actually want to move.
